Buffet Style
We would come to the venue and have set up ready before the event.
We would set up the Chef n Dishes and serve your guest their dinner, as they get excused a table at a time.
Waitered
We would have an area where we would prep the dinner plates, behind the scene. The guest would then get served their salad, and then the main course. Plates would be removed from the table as guest finish them.
Waiters would also help with serving champagne and cake cutting.
